Short-term expertise in the framework of the PACIE Formulation Program for the support of the Common Market and Trade in Central Africa, under the heading of economic and trade integration (IEC), integrating the accompaniment of the Economic Partnership Agreement (EPAs). Lot 5: This expertise includes the evaluation of PAIRAC (Program of Support to Regional Integration in Central Africa)
