Abel Essoh

An agro-pedologist with a Master's degree in Pedology & Sustainable Agriculture, specialising in Soil Management and Fertility, obtained from Félix Houphouët-Boigny University in Cocody, he has expertise in sustainable agriculture, agroforestry, and rural development with a focus on cocoa farming.

After two years as a Senior Agricultural Technician at AGROMAP (plant production, agricultural mapping), he went on to supervise Payment for Environmental Services (PES) projects, where he developed skills in monitoring, evaluation and team management.

In July 2025, he joined Nitidæ as a Rural Development Advisor, where he participates in planning, field monitoring, and technical support for communities as part of the PSECO project.
