Kouame Boris Ghou

Biography
With a Master's degree in Environmental Sociology, he has conducted research on social imaginaries associated with local governance mechanisms in a context of sustainable development, with the Marahoué National Park in the Bouaflé region (Côte d'Ivoire) as his field of study.
After completing his studies, he began working as a field consultant at the Cabinet d'Études Statistiques et Informatiques, where he participated in several projects related to sustainability in the cocoa sector. His role consisted of designing and implementing mechanisms to combat child labour on cocoa plantations.
In January 2021, he joined Emmanuel Consulting SARL as a consultant responsible for sustainability activities in the western, southern and eastern parts of the country, as part of another sustainability project funded by TOUTON S.A.
He currently holds the position of Project Officer for Land Use Planning and Monitoring and Evaluation on the PSECO project, where he contributes to the strategic implementation and monitoring of actions related to sustainable land use planning.
