Main goals

Recommendations on the technical itinerary to be implemented, the analysis of the constraints and the recommendations for the technical support of 1000 producers in the Kindia region for a target of 800 tons of organic sesame

Specific objectives

SO1. Analysis of the constraints on cultivation practices, including understanding of the advantages and constraints of sesame cultivation at the level of local production systems to take into account local peasant strategies in the biological strategy (crop calendar, seeds , animal traction, chemical inputs, competitiveness, competition with other crops, income, yields, labor, capital, etc.)
SO2. Propose cultivation techniques for sesame in organic farming (practices for maintaining soil fertility, management of weeds, management of pests and diseases, seeds and sowing period, etc.)
SO3. Guide the technical support of the company's team for certification
