Biography

Holding two Master’s degrees from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne—one in political sociology and one in agricultural development—Chloé specializes in analyzing agroecological innovations and the challenges related to their sustainability and scaling up.

Her experience at CIRAD in West Africa led her to synthesize lessons learned from a set of projects launched under the European "DeSIRA" initiative, and to draw from their field experience strategic recommendations and operational levers to strengthen their impact (see publications).

At Nitidæ, she now coordinates a “DeSIRA+” project entitled “SATAF” in Uganda, enabling her to move from analyzing the conditions for scaling up to their operational implementation, close to the territories—particularly within the coffee and cocoa value chains.
