ETHICAJOU - Design of a boiler room for a cashew production plant for Ethiquable in Senegal

Carry out the design of the boiler room and its installation in the factory in collaboration with the Burkina Faso company ASIS, installer of the H2CP boiler room and other industrial equipment for agricultural transformation in Burkina-Faso and Ivory Coast.

This work will be carried out in conjunction with the project leaders, architects, works manager... in order to have a boiler room well integrated into the overall project of the factory.

Particular attention will be paid to creating an environment favorable to the sustainability of the project: use of locally available materials and tools, involvement of local technical resources...

A1. Identify local technical partners (welding workshop, welders, mason, maintenance agent...)
A2. Identify the equipment and materials available and their price: welding machine, rolling machine...
A3. Prepare the installation: water/electricity point to be provided, rental of lifting equipment or preparation of frame for hoist...
A4. Analyze and propose improvements to the factory plans proposed by the architects
A5. Present to project leaders a precise estimate of the site and the intervention methods
