CASHEWNROL - Building the support strategy of the Dutch cooperation for the cashew processing sector through public-private stakeholders dialogue
Partners
Main goals
As consultants to the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands (EKN) in Dar es Salaam and Dutch Enterprise Agency (RVO), Nitidæ will design their comprehensive 2026-2030 Cashew Strategy and roadmap. This strategy will also be fed by structured public-private and private-private platform meetings that Nitidæ will organize and facilitate. Priorities encompass the business-enabling environment, business development, youth employment, women entrepreneurship, and by-product valorisation.
Through stakeholder interviews in Tanzania and Dutch/EU importer consultations, Nitidæ will pinpoint technical, administrative, financial, and logistical gaps, while identifying reputational, qualitative, and marketing levers to boost Tanzanian kernel demand.
