Anne Meyer

Biography
As an agricultural economist holding two master’s degrees from the Institut Agro Montpellier (in tropical agriculture development) and EM LYON (MSc Management; finance), she has been passionate about tropical agricultural value chains for twenty-five years. She has put her skills at the service of NGOs and cooperatives, but also of the FAO and the organic agri-food industry (Ecotone group). Joining Nitidæ early 2024, one of her first assignments was to conduct a thorough study of the Tanzanian cashew value chain, on behalf of the Cashew Board of Tanzania. Specializing herself in the cashew sector, she then conducted similar studies in Togo, Sierra Leone and Senegal.
Early 2026, Nitidæ getting the opportunity to start operating in Tanzania in the framework of an EU INTPA-funded programme, she moved to Dar es Salaam to set up the local bureau of the NGO and conduct the programme.
